Memory
The Memory question type uses the classic concentration card game to assess recall and reinforce fact mastery. Learners flip face-down cards two at a time, searching for matching pairs — building retention through active recall rather than passive review.
Effective for any subject requiring memorization of paired facts — vocabulary, math facts, scientific terminology, professional knowledge. Complements the Flashcards and Match question types by providing a different practice mode for the same set of facts.
Try it
Select (click) a card to reveal its face. Find cards with the same fact value by flipping two at a time. If the revealed pair is not a match, click one or the other to flip it back over, or click another card.

How it works
Learners are presented with a grid of face-down cards. Each card has a matching partner somewhere in the grid. By flipping two cards at a time, learners use recall and spatial memory to find all matching pairs.
Automatic scoring tracks the number of extra tries needed beyond the minimum, and progress is recorded for review at any time.
